Everything was excellent, appreciated our perfect stay. The room was huge and silent with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe available. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location offered was particularly good near to the metro stations, and central Sao Paulo. Easily reached Arvore do Pao, located not too far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The value for money at this hotel is incredible. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location. It's only a 15-minute walk to Avenida Paulista, which is amazing. Plus, it's just a 10-minute walk from the metro station, making it really convenient to get around the city.
Everything was just fine.

the Airport Shuttle Bus stops at the front door of this hotel - close to gay club A Loca and fairly close to Paulista Av. with its metro stations and shopping malls - internet connection in general was ok
toilet on the 8th floor was rather difficult to flush properly - very poor window isolation, which considering the busy street and the location in the redlight district made it even on the 8th floor a very noisy room - room in general was ok, but basic (could definitely use refurnishment) - not a very good location considering the redlight district (the other side of Rua Augusta (below Paulista Av.) is much better) - they charge R$ 30 for letting someone stay in your room for more than 30 minutes

The hotel's location on Rua Augusta was vibrant and full of life, with unique shops and colorful street art. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a room away from the noise of the street. Although the area can get lively during the weekends, we felt safe throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its affordability, cleanliness, and proximity to the action.

Room is spacious for this price range, and basically clean. Breakfast is of general standard in Brazil, i.e. between good and great. 10' walk to subway, on Paulista Ave. Night clubs close by, but they don't seem to bother.
had fleas in one room that surprised everybody. changed to another then and no more problem. got the night stay free!

The hotel is on the airport bus route so very easy to get to once you arrive in Sao Paolo, and the staff is really efficient and courteous. there was only one staff member who understood a smattering of English, so it was a little hitch but overall I would recommend to anyone who wished to stay centrally and within the city area
no view but burnt out side buildings...... sad

Good, big double bed. Good breakfast with pleasant & helpful staff on duty.
The paper-thin walls between rooms meant that the very noisy people nextdoor kept us awake throughout the night. Reception staff did nothing to help despite being asked twice to do so.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and enjoyed a couple of complimentary gifts, a lovely surprise. the hotel was situated close to great shopping and dining options, which made our stay very convenient. On top of that, the hotel had a beautiful and relaxing pool area that we enjoyed very much.
The room we were given was not up to our expectations - it was quite small and in need of some renovation. the bathroom was also not very spacious, which made it difficult for us to move around comfortably.

The price was quite good and the syaff were friendly.
The location is bad and situated in the not a friendly neigboorhood of the town. We were staying only for a night and decided to move into Quality Hotel in the Jardin neighborhood. It was a good decision.

The hotel's location is ideal, just a few steps away from Augusta street. the airport is conveniently only 0.5 miles away. - I had a perfectly clean and quiet room with windows facing the backyard and a nice view. - Overall, my stay was perfect with a 10/10 rating.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Sao Paulo. The management is responsible and always courteous, and the staff is of top quality, always hospitable, helpful, and professional in every way imaginable. This is the second time I've stayed at the Moncloa (the first was an extended business stay of one month), and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a combination of security, cleanliness, hospitality, and excellent location in South America's largest metropolis.
